As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms when teachers are absent, ensuring that students remain engaged with their set work. Your role will involve maintaining a positive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students across a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher.



• Ensure students stay on task and complete assigned work.



• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.



• Support students with their learning when required.



• Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed.
