Weandrsquo;re seeking confident, reliable, and proactive Cover Supervisors who have proven experience in leading secondary school classes across a range of subjects and key stages. Youandrsquo;ll be joining a school with a welcoming and supportive team, committed to maintaining high standards and positive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages (KS3 andamp; KS4).
• Keep students focused and on task, ensuring a calm, productive learning environment.
• Use your excellent classroom management skills to handle behaviour effectively and in line with school policy.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate staff promptly and accurately.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting is essential.
• Confidence in leading classes across different subjects and year groups.
• A calm, adaptable, and engaging approach to classroom leadership.
• Committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about making a difference in students'' school experience.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK and ability to provide two professional references from the last two years.
