Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the classroom with confidence, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-set work.
• Keep the energy high while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning, offering guidance where needed.
• Work across different subjects and year groups, adapting to various classroom needs.
• Communicate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and handovers.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsandmdash;youandrsquo;ll be the go-to person when teachers are away!
• Confidence in managing a classroom and keeping students engaged.
