About the Role:
Supply Desk is currently recruiting dependable Cover Supervisors for flexible day-to-day supply work across a selection of well-run secondary schools in Hemel Hempstead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintaining classroom focus and enforcing school behaviour policies
- Managing student behaviour confidently and professionally
- Reporting back to staff on student progress and classroom conduct
- Adapting quickly to different subjects and school settings
- Being punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily assignments
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings
- Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
- Flexibility and resilience across different schools and age groups
- Professionalism and clear communication
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
