The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Your main role will be to ensure that students remain on task, complete the work set, and follow the school''s behaviour expectations.

You will not be required to plan or mark lessons, but you will play a key part in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
