Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about education£ Schools across Aylesbury and the surrounding areas are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step into the classroom and support students across Key Stages 3 to 5. Whether youandrsquo;re looking to gain experience before moving into teaching or already have classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and focused environment
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain student engagement
• Support students with tasks and answer basic questions when needed
• Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom conduct in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student performance where necessary

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (ideal but not essential)
• QTS is not required, but classroom experience is desirable
• Strong classroom presence and confident communication skills
• Flexible and comfortable working across various year groups and subjects
• A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
• Able to provide a minimum of two yearsandrsquo; employment references
