A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Salisbury. This is a full-time, long-term position starting as soon as possible, running until at least December 2025, with a high chance of extension until July 2026 and the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay focused on their learning. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour, and support students across a range of subjects and year groups.
While lesson planning and marking are not required, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and upholding the schoolandrsquo;s high standards. Confidence, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a calm, respectful, and purposeful classroom environment
