Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classrooms of students in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure students remain on task and complete work as set by the absent teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Assist with administrative tasks, such as registration and ensuring students follow school procedures
Adapt to a variety of subject areas and classrooms with ease
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role or working with secondary school students (preferred)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
