Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensure students stay on task and complete the work set by the absent teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including student registration and following school procedures.
• Adapt to different subject areas and classrooms with ease.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role or working with secondary school students is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and classroom management abilities.
• A proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to work.
• A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply).
