      <description>Location: Greenwich | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;140/day | Type: Temporary | Strategy Education is working alongside fantastic secondary schools within South London &amp; Kent who require cover supervisors.  The schools are looking for flexible/day to day staff. This gives you the opportunity to full fill you passion for education, whilst working around other commitments you may have.  There is also a potential vacancy for a full time cover supervisor to begin in September. This position will be running on a long term basis with the potential for perm at the end of the academic year.  The main role of a cover supervisor is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set by an absent teacher.  Cover supervisor roles offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain teaching and classroom experience before completing a PGCE.  Experience with tutoring is also recognised.  You will need to demonstrate that you have:  	 experience of working with secondary aged children 	 the ability to build good relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers 	 knowledge of the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4 	 good reading, writing and numeracy skills &lt;/ul</description>
