Smile Education are currently recruiting for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Telford and the surrounding areas.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain valuable experience within secondary education. The role could suit an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, aspiring teacher or someone with previous experience working with children and young people.The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will support secondary schools by supervising classes when teachers are absent. You will deliver pre-prepared work, maintain a positive classroom environment and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.We can offer a high level of flexibility, with opportunities available for those looking for full-time work, several days each week or occasional cover.
