Support student''s engagement, progress, and positive behaviour in line with school policies. Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment, promoting differentiation and equality of opportunity. Encourage independent learning while maintaining clear learning objectives. Provide effective supervision across a range of subjects and key stages (KS3 and KS4).What We''re Looking For:Enthusiastic individuals with strong classroom management skills and a genuine interest in education.
