As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school, you will: Supervise students aged during lessons when the regular teacher is absent. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students understand the work provided. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Encourage students to remain focused and complete their work. Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures. Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff.
