This role is ideal for someone who has experience leading groups or delivering sessions to young people , alongside a strong understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing classroom cover, delivering pre-planned learning and maintaining a structured learning environment, while supporting students who may experience mental health difficulties, emotional regulation needs or challenging behaviour.
