Cover Supervisor - SEMH Secondary School £120-£130 per day Full-Time Immediate Start Five Education Five Education are looking for a confident and resilient Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school supporting secondary-aged pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with young people who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of students who require additional support to reach their full potential. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day. You will be working with small classes of around 8-10 students, supported by an experienced and dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). The pupils have a range of needs, including: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Behavioural challenges Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Other forms of neurodivergence You will help create a calm, positive, and structured learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and able to succeed.
