Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Warrington, supporting students from KS3 to KS5. Whether you''re an experienced Cover Supervisor or taking your first steps into education, we can help you find opportunities that suit you. The role You''ll step into the classroom during teacher absences, delivering pre-planned work and helping students stay focused and engaged. We have opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply and individual lesson cover to longer-term placements, with some short-term bookings developing into extended assignments. Location: Schools across Warrington Pay: From £110 per day, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Start: September 2026 Hours: Typically 8:30am-3:30pm, although school hours may vary Contract: Temporary Availability: Full-time, part-time, half-day and individual lesson opportunities What we''re looking for You''ll need to be confident managing classroom behaviour and comfortable working with secondary-aged students. Ideally, you''ll have: Previous experience in a UK school, preferably around 6 months Teaching or education-related qualifications, although these aren''t essential Recent safeguarding training, although training can be provided Why work with Prospero Teaching?
