Cover Supervisor - Secondary

We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team and support secondary schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about working with young people and gaining valuable classroom experience.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support pupils in a positive and professional manner.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence to lead groups of young people.
• A flexible and proactive approach.
• Experience in education or working with young people (desirable, not essential).
