These assignments require relevant experience with primary-aged children and the confidence to manage a class within established school routines. This brief focuses on supervising activities prepared by teaching staff. The class, work set and arrangements for support will need to be clear before the assignment begins. Keeping the class on track You’ll explain activities, maintain pupils’ attention and follow the school’s behaviour procedures.
