This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact on students at the secondary level, providing support and continuity in their education.Day-to-day of the role:Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that pre-set work is completed.Maintain a focused and orderly classroom environment.Manage student behaviour in the classroom and enforce school rules and policies.Assist students with their work and clarify lesson instructions.Ensure the safety and safeguarding of students at all times.Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in an educational setting, preferably at the secondary level.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to enforce rules and policies effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive and flexible approach to work.Ability to engage and motivate students.Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).Benefits:Flexible working days - choose when and where you work.Competitive daily rate starting from £95.Opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings and gain extensive experience.Supportive agency ..... full job details .....
