Cover Supervisor - Immediate Opportunities Available Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in education? We are currently seeking confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have previous experience working in schools and are passionate about supporting students'' learning and development. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment. Ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons. Providing support and guidance to students where required. Following school policies and procedures at all times. Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any issues arising during the day. What We''re Looking For Previous experience working in a school setting as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar educational role. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence in leading a classroom independently. A flexible and professional approach to work. A genuine passion for education and supporting young people. Essential Requirements An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. Eligibility to work in the UK.
