If you''ve earned your stripes as a youth mentor, sports coach, support worker, care assistant, or tutor, you already possess the real-world authority and empathy needed to supervise pre-set lessons effectively.

• Lead pre-planned lessons efficiently across various subjects during teacher absences.
• Deliver engaging educational content while keeping students focused and on-task.
• Maintain strong, positive behaviour management in line with school policies.
• Support student learning and foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Complete accurate attendance registers and report back to core teaching staff.

• Proven prior experience working directly with children or young people.
• High level of confidence in whole-class management and communication.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
