Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors for a highly regarded all-through academy in Newham. This ambitious and inclusive school has a strong reputation for academic achievement, high expectations, and supporting students throughout their educational journey from primary through to sixth form. The Role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
• Confident, reliable and professional approach
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
