Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors for a successful and ambitious secondary school in Newham. The school is committed to developing determined, ambitious learners and prides itself on helping students become knowledgeable, confident and well-rounded individuals. The Role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
• Confident, reliable and professional approach
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
