Cover Supervisors Needed - Southeast London Schools

Looking for flexible work in education?

We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Southeast London on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people. No previous classroom experience is required - full guidance will be provided.

The Role

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Supporting a positive and productive learning environment

What We''re Looking For

• Confident, reliable, and professional individuals
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible approach and willingness to work in different schools
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
