We are currently recruiting on behalf of Secondary schools looking for Cover Supervisors in Morpeth to support pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5 . Your role will be focused on maintaining excellent classroom behaviour and supporting students across a range of subjects. About the role:Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.Managing behaviours within the classroom and building positive relationships with the pupils, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.Identifying pupils who might be struggling and providing additional support where required and keeping an accurate up to date record on all progressWorking collaboratively with other teaching and support staff.Pay, hours and contract: Pay: Between 15-17 per hourHours: 8:30am - 15:30pm, Monday - FridayContract: Full time, temporary with the potential of going permanentStart date: September 2026Location: MorpethExperience/Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in a similar role or setting, ideally within a school environmentQTS or PGCE desiredConfident working within a group settingAn ability to build healthy relationships with pupils and staffKind, positive and proactive natureRight to work in the UKHold an updated DBS certificate on the update service or the willingness to process a new applicationProfessional ..... full job details .....
