This is a genuine classroom-based role for somebody who enjoys working with young people and can take control of a class when their usual teacher is unavailable. You’ll work across different subjects and year groups, following the work left by teachers and keeping students focused and on task. The schools we work with have established behaviour systems and supportive staff teams, making this a good option for experienced Cover Supervisors as well as candidates looking to build further experience in secondary education.
