This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people to build valuable classroom experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver set work to students in the absence of the teacher Maintain a calm and focused learning environment Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Report back to the teacher on student progress and any issues Support students with their learning where appropriate Requirements: A positive and professional attitude Confidence to lead a class of secondary-aged students Excellent communication and organisational skills Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential) A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or ..... full job details .....
