We’re looking for someone who is comfortable stepping into the classroom and taking the lead from day one. You’ll need to be able to quickly pick up lesson plans, confidently manage groups of students and create a positive, focused learning environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll provide classroom cover in the absence of the usual teacher, delivering pre-planned work and ensuring students remain engaged, motivated and on task throughout the lesson.
