We are looking for a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Haringey from September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a calm and positive classroom environment. This role would suit someone who is confident managing behaviour and enjoys supporting young people.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising lessons across different subjects
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and activities
• Maintaining effective classroom management
• Supporting students with their learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with young people
• Good classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication skills
• A calm, confident and adaptable approach
• Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
