This role is ideal for someone seeking a combination of full-time work alongside the flexibility to undertake ad-hoc assignments , including responding to early morning calls for same-day cover. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will be expected to maintain a positive learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure pupils remain engaged with the work that has been set. Key Responsibilities: Supervise whole classes during teacher absences. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure pupils remain focused and on task.
