Cover Supervisor - Monmouthshire

Pay: £110 per day

Hours: Full-time

TeacherActive is working with a supportive mainstream secondary school in Monmouthshire that is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

The role will involve supervising classes across KS3 and KS4, with a particular focus on covering Maths and Science lessons. All work will be planned and set in advance, so no lesson planning is required.

The successful Cover Supervisor will:

• Be confident covering Maths and Science lessons

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Be comfortable supervising pupils across KS3 and KS4

• Be reliable, proactive and able to build positive relationships with pupils

• Have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils

• Be able to commit to the role until Christmas

The role:

• £110 per day

• Full-time position

• Temporary contract, currently running until Christmas

• Maths and Science focused cover

• Supportive mainstream secondary school

• ASAP start
