This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young people with additional needs and wants to make a genuine difference every day. The role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent.

Essential Requirements

Experience working within a UK school or educational setting, confidence managing a classroom, a good understanding of SEND, strong behaviour management skills, safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the right to work in the UK.

The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher, support pupils with a range of special educational needs, promote engagement and positive behaviour, and help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
