Monarch Education are working with secondary schools across Weston-super-Mare who are looking for reliable Cover Supervisors to support pupils and maintain continuity of learning from the start of the new academic year. The role As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared work, keep pupils focused on their learning and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor, teaching assistant, sports coach, graduate or someone with relevant experience working with young people who is considering a career in teaching.
