Pay: -110145 per day Location: Lancaster Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until Christmas Setting: Mainstream Secondary School The Role: Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support students across a range of subjects. The Ideal Candidate: Has strong classroom management skills. Is confident, reliable and adaptable. Has experience working with secondary school-aged students (desirable). Is passionate about supporting young people in their education.
