You''ll have the flexibility to choose day-to-day work that suits you, with the chance for longer-term opportunities too.What you''ll be doing Supporting whole classes when the usual teacher is absent Guiding students through pre-planned lesson materials, with no planning or marking required Working with secondary students aged 11-16 Helping students stay focused, positive, and on task throughout the lesson Creating a calm and welcoming classroom environment where students can keep learning Following school routines and sharing helpful feedback with staff where needed Who we''re looking for You don''t need to be a qualified teacher to be a great Cover Supervisor. What matters most is that you''re confident, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with young people.
