Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

Salary: £100 – £130 per day

GSL Education is seeking confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Boston with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students stay on task
• Provide support and guidance to students during lessons
• Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, coaching, or youth work)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Confidence leading a classroom independently
• A proactive and flexible approach
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
