Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school. The successful candidate will supervise classes in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with set work and maintain high standards of behaviour.

The role will involve managing the classroom effectively, following lesson plans, supporting students with their learning and creating a positive and purposeful learning environment. Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable, along with strong communication and behaviour management skills.
