Engage Education is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in a range of welcoming secondary schools across Cover Supervisor.This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced Cover Supervisors, or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience.Your role will include:Supervising classes during the short-term absence of the classroom teacher.Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school''s policies.Creating a positive and productive learning environment.Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.What we''re looking for: Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A positive, professional, and adaptable approach. Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
