      <description>Location: Salford | Salary: &amp;pound;120 - &amp;pound;190/day | Type: Contract | SEN Teacher / Cover Supervisor   Are you a  qualified SEN Teacher or experienced Cover Supervisor  looking for a rewarding opportunity in a  Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Behavioural School ? We are seeking dedicated professionals with  QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) certification  to support and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.   Key Responsibilities:     Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences.    Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using  positive behaviour management strategies .    Adapt teaching methods to support students with  ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs .    Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress.    Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create tailored learning plans.     Requirements:      QTS or HLTA certification  is essential.    Experience in  teaching, covering, or supervising  lessons in a  SEN or PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting .
