We are currently working with popular Secondary Schools in Oldham who are recruiting for Cover Supervisors to join their ranks into the new academic year starting in September 2025! Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage secondary school students during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline at the secondary school level. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where secondary school students can thrive academically.Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups within a secondary school setting as required.Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of the secondary school day.Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.Requirements:Availability from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.Strong behaviour management skills are essential, particularly in a secondary school context.Flexibility to cover a range of secondary school subjects and year groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in a secondary school ..... full job details .....
