Are you confident, organised, and passionate about working with young people? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of welcoming and well-managed secondary schools in North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work
• Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong classroom presence and confidence leading a group
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and flexible approach
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress
