Key Responsibilities

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment. Supporting students to stay on task and complete work set by the teacher. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff. Ensuring school policies and procedures are followed at all times.

We’re Looking For

Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable. Confident individuals who can lead a classroom and engage students effectively. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
