The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

Requirements
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for supporting young people''s learning.
Previous experience in schools or with young people is beneficial but not essential.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
