ANZUK Education is working in partnership with an Outstanding secondary school in Wimbledon to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain classroom experience in a high-performing school environment.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences
- Ensuring students remain engaged in pre-set work and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
- Supporting the wider school community when required
- Have previous experience working with young people in a school or youth setting
- Be confident in managing classroom behaviour
- Be calm, flexible, and able to think on their feet
- Have a strong presence and professional manner
- Be interested in pursuing a career in education (desirable but not essential)
- Ofsted-rated Outstanding with a strong academic track record
