Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage behaviour effectively
• Support pupils to complete work and stay on task
• Report any concerns or feedback to senior staff
• Work across all primary year groups
• Be a positive, approachable presence for pupils and staff

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar classroom support role
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in leading lessons and engaging young learners
• Flexible, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Availability for full-time or part-time roles
