Cover Supervisor - Full Time - Gravesend

We''re working with a welcoming and well-run mainstream primary school in Gravesend who are looking for a confident, reliable Cover Supervisor to join them full time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive school where you''ll be covering PPA lessons that have already been planned, so your focus can be on delivering engaging sessions and maintaining a positive learning environment.

The role will involve:

• Leading classes across the primary age range
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons during PPA cover
• Managing behaviour effectively and confidently
• Creating a calm, focused and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Working closely with staff to ensure consistency across the school

The school is looking for someone who:

• Has strong behaviour management skills
• Is confident leading whole classes independently
• Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is adaptable and happy to work across different year groups
