About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to support teaching staff by supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.
This role offers a competitive daily rate of £100–£130, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
- Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and disciplined classroom environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Report pupil progress and any issues to teaching staff.
- Experience working with children in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised, and adaptable.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching support.
