Cover Supervisors Needed - Taunton & Bridgwater

Are you confident, reliable, and passionate about working with young people? Prospero Teaching is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Taunton and Bridgwater.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, whether you''re considering a career in teaching or simply enjoy working in a school environment.

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
• Pay: -100130 per day (dependent on experience and pay type - PAYE or Umbrella)

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, youth work, coaching, tutoring)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence and adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• At least two child-based references
• Right to work in the UK
