The Opportunity:
Supply Desk is seeking dependable Cover Supervisors for flexible, day-to-day assignments across a selection of well-run secondary schools in Watford. This role is ideal for individuals who need flexibility in their next role or want to build experience in different school environments without committing to a long-term post.

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
• Maintaining student focus and upholding school behaviour policies
• Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and professionalism
• Reporting back on student progress and conduct
• Adapting quickly to different subjects and school settings
• Being punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily placements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings
• Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
• Flexibility and resilience across varied age groups and schools
• Clear communication and a professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
