Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor - Primary School - Gravesend
Full-time | 5 days per week | Immediate start

We are working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Gravesend who are looking to appoint a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join them as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, term-time role covering classes across the whole school from EYFS through to Year 6. You''ll need to be comfortable leading pre-set lessons, managing behaviour effectively and ensuring pupils remain on task in the absence of the class teacher.

The role will involve:

• Supervising whole classes across all key stages

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning

• Managing classroom behaviour and upholding school expectations

• Supporting pupils of varying abilities

• Working closely with teaching staff and SLT

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children in a school setting

• Be confident leading groups and addressing whole classes

• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

• Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)

• Be able to commit to full-time, term-time work

Pay is between -100120 per day, depending on experience.

This would suit someone organised, adaptable and confident stepping into different year groups, who can build positive relationships quickly and maintain a calm, consistent presence in the classroom.
